Who is DRC?
Danish Refugee Council ( DRC )
The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) is a humanitarian, non-governmental, non-profit organization founded in 1956 that works in more than 30 countries throughout the world. DRC fulfills its mandate by providing direct assistance to conflict-affected populations – refugees, internally displaced people and host communities in conflict areas of the world; and by advocating on behalf of conflict-affected populations internationally. Together with ABIGEM, (European Union Turkish Business Centers), DRC launched a new project to open a Business Development Center in Hatay, which aims to support entrepreneurs to open small and mid-sized businesses (SMEs) and to strengthen the capacity of the existing young Turkish and Syrians SMEs (less than 2 years) to reduce their risk of failure.
